中专生人才培养现状及对策分析

随着我国经济的迅速发展,中专毕业生作为国家建设队伍的重要组成部分,理应在市场经济中发挥其专业优势。但是,就目前我国中专生人才培养现状来看,许多学校并没有将这部分学生自身的特点与其专业、职业发展紧密联系在一起,导致很多中专毕业生不能适应市场经济发展的需要,专业优势无从体现。因此,这些学校应着力加强学生的思想道德教育,帮助其树立正确的人生观、价值观及科学的职业道德理念,使其能够发挥自身优势,做出应有的贡献。

Along with the quick development of the our country economy,it is medium to living the importance of be the nation construction troops to constitute the part particularly,should develop its professional advantage in the market economy,but,in regard to currently our country in particularly stranger just develop present condition,many schools did not develop the characteristics of this part of student＇s oneself with its profession,occupation the close contact is together,cause a lot of in particularly the graduate student can＇t adapt the market economy development of demand,the professional advantage have no from the body now.Therefore,this part of schools should put forth effort the thought morals education of strengthen the student,help it set up right of philosophy of life,value and the occupation morals principle of science,can make it develop the oneself advantage,do the contribution that should have.
