盐酸法舒地尔治疗冠心病不稳定性心绞痛的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of Fusudil hydrochloride injection in treatment of unstable angina in coronary heart disease

目的观察Rho激酶抑制剂盐酸法舒地尔治疗不稳定性心绞痛(UAP)的疗效。方法将76例不稳定心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组38例,治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予盐酸法舒地尔,观察两组治疗前后的临床疗效和心电图变化,hs-CRP、BNP值及其他临床状况。结果治疗组总有效率为92.0%,而对照组为73.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组心电图与对照组比较,各项指标均明显改善(P<0.05),hs-CPR、BNP值与对照组比较下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论盐酸法舒地尔治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效确切。

Objective To investigate the curative effect and safety of Fasudil hydrochloride used in unstable angina. Methods 76 cases of unstable angina were divided into two groups which were the treatment group and the control group, 38 cases in each group, the treatment group was treated by Fasudil hydrochloride on the base of commom treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment,including ECG curative effect,hs-CRP,BNP value and other clinical conditions were observed. Results The total efective rate in treatment group was 92.0%,the control group was 73.7%,there was significant difference comparing the treatment group with the control group,（P0.05）.After the treatment,each index of ECG improved significantly compared with the control group,（P0.05）.And the hs-CPR,BNP value in treatment group decreased significantly comparing with the control group,（P0.05）. Conclusion The fasudil hydroehloride in treatment of unstable angina is effective and safe and worth of spreading and further studying.
