银丹心泰滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of angina pectoris due to coronary artery disease with Yindanxintai diwan

目的观察银丹心泰滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法将76例患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规抗心绞痛治疗包括硝酸酯类,钙拮抗剂,β-受体阻滞剂等治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用银丹心泰滴丸口服,两组疗程均为8周,观察两组治疗前后心绞痛症状、心电图及血脂变化情况。结果治疗后,心绞痛疗效有效率治疗组84.21%,对照组63.16%;心电图疗效有效率治疗组81.58%,对照组60.53%;血脂变化治疗组有明显改善,对照组无明显改善,两组差异有统计学意义(P值<0.05)。结论银丹心泰滴丸可明显改善心肌缺血情况,缓解心绞痛症状,降低胆固醇和甘油三酯,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yindanxintai diwan in treating angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease.Methods 76 patients with coronary artery disease were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional therapy including nitric acid ester, calcium antagonist, β-blocker, and the treatment group was treated with Yindanxintai diwan on the basis treatment of the control group. Course of treatment of both group were 8 weeks. Symptom of angina,electrocardiogram and change of blood-lipid in both group were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment, the angina pectoris therapy’s effective rate of treatment group was 81.58%, and of control group was 60.53%. And there was a significant improvement of blood-lipid in treatment group, while no remarkable change in control group. The difference between two group had statistical significance （P0.05）.Conclusion Yindanxintai diwan can remarkably improve myocardial ischemia, alleviate angina pectoris, lower cholesterol and triglyceride, and improve the patient’s life quality.
