自拟三鲜汤治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect observation on treating ureteral stones withe Sanxian decoction

目的:观察自拟三鲜汤治疗输尿管结石的疗效。方法:将360例淋证(石淋)患者按简单数字表随机法分为两组,对照组180例给予石淋通片治疗,治疗组180例采用自拟三鲜汤治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:自拟三鲜汤治疗输尿管结石较石淋通片具有更好的效果。

Objective：To observe the effect of treating ureteral stones with sam sun soup.Menthods：The 360 cases of cream card （Shilin） patients were divided into two groups by a simple random number table,the control group（n=180） was treated with Shilin Tongpian,the treatment group was treated with sam sun soup,compared the clinical effect of the two groups.Results：The effect of the treatment group was better than control group.Conclusion：Sam sun soup is better than Shijiao Shilin Tongpian in treating ureteral stones.
