针刺治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating transient ischemic attack by acupuncture

目的:探讨针刺治疗TIA的疗效,以为临床提供一种较好的治疗TIA的方法。方法:采用随机对照研究,将66例TIA病例,随机分为针刺治疗组及对照组。两组常规服用肠溶阿司匹林,1个疗程结束后,观察TIA的症状控制情况,并于治疗前后进行经颅多普勒(TCD)超声测定脑血流速度。结果:治疗组33例中显效25例,7例有效,1例无效,总有效率96.9%。对照组33例中显效25例,有效10例,无效8例,总有效率75.8%。两组经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:针刺治疗TIA疗效显著,临床值得推广运用。

objective：To discuss the effect of treating TIA by acupuncture,so as to provide clinical with a good menthod.Menthods：Selecting Randomized controlled study,divided 66 casea of patients in TIA into acupuncture treatment group and control group.Treated them with enteric-coated aspirin,after a course,observed the control of the situation of TIA,and determined the speed of blood flow by transcranial Doppler （TCD） before and after treatment.Results：The treatment group 33 cases cured 25 cases,7 cases were effective,and 1 invalid,the total effective rate was 96.9%.The control group 33 cases cured 25 cases,10 cases were effective,8 cases invalid,the total effective rate was 75.8%.Two groups were statistically significant differences.Conclusion：The effect of treating TIA by acupuncture is obvious,which can widely using in clinical.
