目标:观察吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除钉合手术(PPH)治疗环状混合痔优势。方法:对照组外剥内扎术(MMH)治疗。治疗组:吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除钉合手术(PPH)治疗。结论:PPH手术较MMH手术具有手术简单,安全,痛苦小,恢复快等优势。

Objective：To observe the advantage of treating circum ferential mixed hemorrhoids by procedure for prolapse and mucosal circular resection of stapling operation （PPH）.Methods：Treating the control group with external dissection and internal ligation （MMH） treatment while the treatment group with stapler circular resection of superior hemorrhoidal mucosa stapling operation （PPH）.Conclusion：PPH operation compared with MMH operation has simple operation,safety,less pain,rapid recovery and other advantages.
