穴位按摩及心身护理对心衰合并抑郁的影响

The influence of massage psychosomatic care to depression combined with heart failure

目的:讲述心身护理结合中医穴位按摩在各种心力衰竭治疗中发挥的作用。方法:选取2007年1月～2009年1月我院住院患者72例,随即分成两组:心身护理组36例和一般护理组36例;进行半年追踪调查后,比较自评抑郁量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)进行自评得分及世界卫生组织生存质量测定表的结果。结果:心身护理组的患者生存指标及抑郁SDS评分明显好于一般护理组,有统计学意义。结论:心身护理理念作为身体和心理全方位的护理,其结合中医的穴位按摩对心衰合并抑郁症的患者有益,值得临床推广。

Objective：Psychosomatic care about the combination of TCM massage therapy in a variety of heart failure in the role.Methods：Choosing 72 cases of the patients from January 2007 to January 2009,then divided them into two groups：36 cases of physical and psychological care and general care group of 36 patients.After a year,compared self-rating depression scale （Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS） for self-assessment score and the World Health Organization Quality of Life table of the results.Results：The survival of patients with psychosomatic care group indicators and SDS depression score was significantly better than the general care group was statistically significant.Conclusion：Psychosomatic nursing philosophy as a full range of physical and psychological care,massage and its combination of TCM combined with heart failure in patients with depression useful,worthy of promotion.
