旋转类手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的研究进展

Researching progress of treating lumbar disc herniation by rotation manipulation

旋转类手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床取得了一定的疗效,但临床上应用旋转的操作方法又各不相同,疗效也各有差异,为了进一步研究旋转类手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床应用。笔者从旋转类的操作方法、临床疗效及作用机制等方面进行了评述,对旋转类手法的临床应用进展进行了总结,并提出新的见解。

Rotation manipulation had certain curative effects in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation clinical,but the clinical application of rotating operation methods are not identical,and curative effect is also different.In order to further study the rotation manipulation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,the author elaborates the problems on the aspect of the rotating operation method,clinical efficiency and mechanism of action,summarizing the progress of clinical application of the rotation manipulation and putting forward some new ideas.
