睡眠呼吸暂停模式间歇低氧动物模型的建立及应用 被引量:6

摘要 OSAHS以患者睡眠中反复发生上气道完全和(或)不完全阻塞导致呼吸暂停或低通气为特征,其关键的病理生理环节为慢性间歇低氧(chronic internlittent hypoxia,CIH)。因其对心脑血管等系统的损害而逐渐受到人们关注,且成为近年来研究的热点问题之一。建立理想的OSAHS动物模型存在很大难度,因此实际研究中大多应用睡眠呼吸暂停模式的间歇低氧动物模型,模拟周期性缺氧再氧合过程,以研究OSAHS的多系统损害。
