摘要
目的:探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与糖尿病及其慢性并发症的关系。方法:对本院内分泌科就诊的309例60岁以下2型糖尿病患者及在体检中心96例60岁以下正常人进行空腹血清Hcy检测,比较正常组、单纯糖尿病组与各慢性并发症组的Hcy水平。结果:与正常对照组相比,单纯糖尿病组的血清Hcy显著增高,为前者的1.38倍(P<0.01);糖尿病大血管并发症组、微血管并发症组、神经病变组及糖尿病足组的血清Hcy水平均显著高于单纯糖尿病组,分别为前者的1.54倍、1.48倍、1.35倍和1.56倍(P<0.01)。糖尿病慢性并发症组之间比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:糖尿病患者的血清Hcy水平显著高于正常人;有血管、神经及糖尿病足等慢性并发症的糖尿病患者,其血清Hey水平显著高于无并发症患者,且高Hcy血症患者比例增高。提示血清Hcy增高是糖尿病代谢异常的一部分;糖尿病状态下,高Hcy可能促进慢性并发症的发生和发展。
Objective:To explore the relationship between serum homocysteine (Hcy) and diabetes and its chronic complications. Method: Test the fasting serum Hcy of 309 type 2 diabetic patients ( age 〈 60) in the endocrinology department and 96 healthy ones( age 〈 60) in healthy physical examination center of our hospital. Compare the serum Hcy level between the healthy ones (normal group) ,diabetes without complications group and complications groups. Results: Compared with serum Hcy of the normal group, there was significant increase in the simple diabetes group, which was the former' s 1.38 times (P 〈 0.01 ). The complication groups had a further increase compared with simple diabetes group. Fasting Hcy level of vascular complication group, microvascular complication group, neuropathy group and diabetic foot group were respectively 1.54 times, 1.48 times, 1.35 times and 1.56 times ( P 〈 0. 01 ) of diabetes without complication group, while there was no statistic deffirence between the complication groups. Conclusions:The serum Hcy of the diabetic patients was significantly higher than the healthy ones, and there was a further increase in the diabetic patients with vessels, nerves and diabetic foot complications. It' s suggested that Hcy is a part of metabolic abnormalities of diabetes,who can involve in the occurrence and development of chronic complications of diabetes.
