摘要
目的探讨nestin在肺腺癌A549细胞中的表达及意义.方法体外培养肺腺癌A549细胞株,用免疫组化检测肺癌标记物及nestin表达.结果四个肺癌标记物中鼠抗人p63蛋白,鼠抗人细胞角蛋白7,鼠抗人甲状腺转录因子染色阳性,nestin在肺腺癌A549细胞中部分细胞表达.结论肺癌细胞中存在部分神经干细胞的标记物nestin.
Objective To investigate the expression and its significance of nestin in human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells.Methods RPMI Medium 1640 with 10% fetal serum was used to culture lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells,the expression of lung cancer markers and nestin was detected by immunohistochemisry.Results Staining of the mouse anti-human p63 protein,mouse anti-human cytokeratin 7,mouse anti-human thyroid transcription factor in four lung cancer markers were positive.Nestin was expressed in some lung cancer cells.Conclusion Neural stem cell marker nestin exists in some lung cancer cells.
