摘要
目的探讨顺铂同期放化治疗局部晚期宫颈癌疗效和毒副反应.方法 32例患者采用每周顺铂30mg/m2同期放化治疗,每周放疗的第l天同步静脉滴注,连续6周;放疗方法:外照射放疗采用直线加速器盆腔大野DT30 Gy后中央挡铅改为盆腔四野加量照射至DT50 Gy,分割剂量200 cGy/F,常规分割,盆腔四野照射期间每周后装铱192照射2次,每次剂量600 cGy,共6次,A点剂量达3 600 cGy,观察疗效和不良反应.结果顺铂放化组总有效率94%,临床获益率94%;随访24个月无进展生存率(PFS)和总生存率(OS)分别为81%和97%.结论顺铂同期放化疗效可靠,毒副反应安全可耐受.
Objective To investigate the effective and toxicity of cisplatin concurrent chemotherapy and radiotherapy in local advanced cervical Cancer.Methods The cisplatin given at a dose of 30 mg（m2.w）for 6 cycles in 32 patients.External radiotherapy given at a dose 30 Gy firstly and then were irradiated for another 20 Gy under the condition of A point shielded plus intracavitary irradiation for 6 Gy twice a week to a total dose 36 Gy for A point.Results The effective rate and clinical benefits rate were both 94%.The 24 months disease-free survival and overall survival rates were 81%and 97%,respectively.Conclusion Cisplatin concurrent chemotherapy and radiotherapy can get better effects and tolerated side-effects.
