多层螺旋CT对食管壁内血肿的诊断价值

Applied value of multislice spiral CT for diagnosing intramural hematoma of the esophagus

目的通过分析食管壁内血肿的CT征象,提高CT对该疾病的诊断准确性。方法收集并回顾性分析我院2007年7月至2011年6月经临床随访证实为食管壁内血肿的15例患者的临床及CT资料。结果在CT像上食管壁内血肿11例表现为管壁偏心性增厚,4例表现为同心圆形增厚,管腔狭窄;5例食管壁内血肿患者病变范围累及食管下段,10例累及食管中下段。结论多层螺旋CT在评价食管壁内血肿的形态、严重程度及累及范围方面具有重要价值。

Objective To analyze the CT signs of intramular hematoma of the esophagus（IHE） so as to elevate the diagnostic accuracy.Methods The clinic and CT data of 15 patients with IHE confirmed by clinic follow-up were collected from July 2007 to June 2011 in our hospital and retrospectively analyzed.Results On CT images,IHE lesions in 11 cases appeared as eccentric thickening of the esophageal walls,while those in 4 cases appeared as concentric-cyclic thickening of the esophageal walls with the luminal narrowing;IHE lesions in 5 cases expanded into the lower segments,while those in 10 cases expanded into the mid-lower segments.Conclusion Multislice spiral CT in evaluating the shape,severity and involved extent of IHE lesions has important value.
