超声引导下肾囊肿介入治疗的临床应用及远期疗效

Clinical utility and remote effect of ultrasound-guided interventional therapy for the renal cysts

目的对肾囊肿超声介入的实用性、安全性、穿刺方法及体会和远期疗效等进行分析讨论,探讨肾囊肿微创治疗方法。方法回顾分析35例(42个囊肿)肾囊肿行超声引导下穿刺抽吸固化,随访6个月以上。结果穿刺成功率100%,治愈33例,有效2例。未发生与操作有关的并发症。结论超声引导下肾囊肿抽吸固化是一种简便、安全、微创和有效的治疗方法。

Objective To analyze the practical utility,safe performance,modality and experience of the puncture procedure and remote effect of ultrasound guided interventional therapy for the renal cysts and to study its micro-traumatic therapy.Methods Thirty-five patients with 42 renal cysts whose interventional therapy effects of ultrasound-guided needle puncture and aspiration solidifying were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were followed-up for over than 6 months.Results The successful rate of the puncture was 100%.Thirty-three of 35 patients were cured and remainder 2 cases were effective.There were no severe complications related to the procedure.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided aspiration solidifying for treating the renal cyst is one of simple,safe,microtraumatic and effective modality.
