后路非融合固定在退行性腰椎疾病中的应用进展 被引量:1

摘要 融合术仍然是治疗脊柱退变的金标准,但脊柱融合会产生一些问题[1]。融合固定所产生的异常应力集中于邻近椎间盘及关节突,导致邻近未融合节段的运动范围异常增加及相关病理性变化,使患者术前症状复发或出现新的症状[2],一些患者不得不再次接受手术治疗。因此,有人提出了非融合固定的概念,也可称为动态固定系统,即保留有益运动和节段间负荷传递的稳定系统,不做椎体节段的融合。
