射频靶点热凝联合三氧消融和针刀松解治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床运用 被引量:3

摘要 目的 观察C型臂透视下腰椎间盘突出症采用射频靶点热凝联合三氧消融和针刀松解治疗的疗效.方法 腰椎间盘突出症患者180例,在C型臂透视下行腰椎间盘突出射频靶点热凝联合三氧注射和针刀松解治疗.结果 随访6~12个月,按MacNab疗效标准评定,优135例,良15例,差21例,无效9例;优良率83.3%(150/180例),有效率95.0%(171/180例).结论 C型臂透视下腰椎间盘突出症采用射频靶点热凝联合三氧消融和针刀松解治疗,疗效确切,是一种有效方法. Objective To observe the clinical effect of target radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with ozone injection and acupotomy under the guidance of C-type X-ray on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods One hundred and eighty patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, diagnosed by CT or MRI were treated with target radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with ozone ablation and acupotomy. Results All patients were surveyed follow-up 6- 12 months with assessment of the efficacy by MacNab method, There were 135 patients with excellent effect, 15 patients with good effect, 21 patients with poor effect, 9 patients with no effect. The rate of excellent and good effects were 83.3 (150/180 cases), the effective rate was 95% (171/180 cases). Conclusion The treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with target radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with ozone ablation and acupotomy therapy is an effective method for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
