甲状腺癌手术——Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center经验（二） 被引量：8

摘要 （接上期） 十、术后护理和并发症处理 术后并发症对有经验的术者来讲并不常见，可以通过上述外科技术得以避免。并发症的早期识别，尽早处理对保证手术效果也极为重要。除术者进行密切术后观察外，还需要多学科治疗组的其他成员也对这些情况提高警惕。甲状腺术后最严重的并发症是喉返神经损伤和低钙血症。其他不常见但也较严重的并发症有血肿、积液、喉上神经损伤和切口感染。
