恶性单纯性汗腺棘皮瘤

Malignant hidroacanthoma simplex

报告1例恶性单纯性汗腺棘皮瘤。患者女,79岁。左下肢外侧一约3.5 cm×4.0 cm斑块8年。组织病理学检查:表皮内可见边界清楚的肿瘤组织团块,瘤细胞呈立方形或圆形,部分瘤细胞大小不一,异形性明显。诊断为恶性单纯性汗腺棘皮瘤。

A case of malignant hidroacanthoma simplex is reported. The patient was a 79-year-old woman who presented with a plaque sized 3.5 cmx 4.0 em on lateral side of left lower extremity for eight years. Histopathological examination revealed well-circumscribed intraepidermal nests. The tumor cells were cubic or round in shape, some of which were atypical. The diagnosis was made as malignant hidroacanthoma simplex.
