基底细胞样乳腺癌的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 乳腺癌具有高度异质性,即使组织学类型、临床分期、治疗模式均相同,预后也存在着较大的差别。这使人们认识到,传统的乳腺癌病理分型已经不能完全适应乳腺癌的诊断,特别是个体化治疗的需要。随着分子生物学理论和技术的发展、乳腺癌基因芯片技术的应用,乳腺癌分子分型方法应运而生。由于其更加适应临床治疗及预后评估的需要,被越来越多的人所接受。基底细胞样乳腺癌(BLBC)作为乳腺癌分子分型的一个亚型,以其独特的临床表现、免疫表型及不良预后引起国内外学者的高度关注。本文从BLBC的免疫表型、临床病理特征、分子生物学和遗传学及治疗和预后方面做一综述,以进一步了解其研究进展。
