乳腺假血管瘤样间质增生1例

摘要 患者女性,30岁。发现左侧乳房包块1年。查体：左侧乳房外上象限有一大小6 cm×5 cm×3 cm包块,质地实性中等硬度,边界清楚,活动度好,乳头无凹陷及溢液,皮肤无橘皮征,腋下未触及肿大淋巴结。钼靶照相及超声检查均提示左侧乳房良性肿瘤,纤维腺瘤可能性大。术中见肿物包膜完整,边界清楚,表面光滑,完整切除后送病理检查。病理检查灰白色结节状肿物1个,略成分叶状,大小为6.3 cm×5.2 cm×3 cm,表面光滑,包膜完整;切面灰白灰红色,质中等偏韧。镜检：肿物内无明显小叶结构,
