Approach to the patient of insulin autoimmune syndrome： diagnosis and treatment

胰岛素自身免疫综合征（IAS）为少见病。通过报道1例IAS并结合国内近20年报道的50例IAS病例，讨论IAS的诊治。临床上对伴有Graves病、服用他巴唑的高胰岛素性低血糖症患者，应检测胰岛素自身抗体，以避免误诊和不必要的手术。

Insulin autoimmune syndrome （IAS） is rare. A patient with IAS was herewith reported and 50 domestic cases reported in the last two decades were reviewed to discuss the approach to this syndrome. In hypoglycemic patients with high insulin level and with Graves＇ disease and taking tapazole, insulin autoantibody detection is mandatory to avoid misdiagnosis and unnecessary surgery.
