Hyperglycemia associated with poor prognosis in patients with acute myocardial infarction

高血糖在急性心肌梗死时很常见，并且不论是否有糖尿病史，急性心肌梗死预后较差都与其有关。虽然国内外已对此进行了深入的研究，但仍有很多问题有待明确。本文对近年来高血糖及其与急性心肌梗死预后的相关进展进行介绍，对存在的争议进行阐述。

Patients with acute myocardial infarction （AMI） are often with elevated blood glucose level when admitted to hospital, this finding is associated with poor prognosis regardless of a history of diabetes. Though numerous studies have addressed some of the questions in this field, many critically important questions are still poorly understood and under debate. This article summarized current findings in hyperglycemia and its potential link with adverse outcomes in AMI patients, and addressed some of the existing controversies in this field.
