自制单齿钩治疗单纯颧弓“M”型骨折的临床观察

Clinical efficacy of treating the simple "M" type zygomatic arch fracture using self-made hook

目的探讨自制单齿钩复位单纯颧弓"M"型骨折的临床疗效。方法对36例患者应用自制单齿钩经皮穿刺复位,术后影像学随访。结果 36例患者均治愈,面部外形满意,无张口受限,面部无明显瘢痕及神经损伤等症状。结论该方法复位创伤小,并能有效恢复颧弓外形及开口功能,临床疗效佳。

Objective To study the effectiveness of self-made hook for treating the simple ＂M＂ type zygomatic arch fracture.Methods Thirty-six cases of simple M type zygomatic arch fracture had been treated with the self-made hook.Radiologic follow-up was performed postoperatively.Results All of the 36 patients were cured,facial contour was satisfactory,and no scar and no facial nerve was injured.Conclusions The new method is one effective procedure to restore shape and opening function of the simple ＂M＂ type zygomatic arch.
