2009年丽水市口腔医疗机构及人力资源现状调查

A prevalence survey of the dental institutions and professionals in Lishui city in 2009

目的:调查并分析2009年丽水市各级各类口腔医疗机构及人力资源的配置现状。方法:由丽水市卫生局信息中心提供丽水市2009年各级医疗卫生机构口腔医学专业人才数据。应用EpiData 3.1软件建立数据库,采用SPSS12.0软件包对资料进行统计学分析。结果:丽水市共有口腔医疗机构100个,其中牙科诊所占大多数,为59%;口腔医师254人。口腔科辅助人员少,口腔医师、护士比例约为8∶1。全市口腔医师人口密度为10.04。结论:加强对基层口腔人力资源的继续教育与培训,合理搭建口腔卫生人才结构,是丽水市口腔医学事业发展和实现社会卫生公平的关键。

PURPOSE： To investigate the current status of dental institutions and professionals in Lishui city in 2009.METHODS： The database of dental professionals in various medical institutions in Lishui city in 2009 was obtained from Information Center,Bureau of Health of Lishui city.All the data were input into EpiData 3.1,and SPSS12.0 software package was used for statistical analysis.RESULTS： There were 100 dental institutions in total in Lishui city.Dental clinics accounted for 59%.There were 254 dentists and fewer dental assistants.The ratio of dentist to dental nurse was 8∶1.The ratio of dentist to population per 100000 was 10.04.CONCLUSIONS： Strengthening education and training of primary dental professionals and rationalization of the dental professional structure are the keys to improve dental health level and realize social health justice in Lishui city.
