遗传性胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤的认知
摘要
众所周知,遗传信息的改变在肿瘤的发生、发展中起着重要作用。在散发的肿瘤中,以获得性体细胞突变为主;而在一系列肿瘤易感综合征中,则以遗传性胚系细胞突变为主,并呈显性遗传模式。
