负压封闭引流在四肢大面积脱套伤皮肤回植中的应用

Application of vacuum sealing drainage in skin replantation of large area degloving injury of limbs

目的探讨负压封闭引流（VSD）技术在四肢大面积脱套伤皮肤回植中的作用。方法对46例四肢大面积脱套伤皮肤回植患者应用VSD技术进行治疗。结果 46例均获随访,时间6-36个月。脱套皮肤成活面积60%-100%（85%±14.8%）。骨折愈合时间4-12（6.3±1.8）个月。结论 VSD技术操作简便,易于掌握,能够彻底去除腔隙或创面分泌物和坏死组织,促进回植皮肤成活。

Objective To investigate the role of vacuum sealing drainage（VSD） technique in skin replantation of large area degloving injury of limbs.Methods 46 patients with skin replantation of large area degloving injury of limbs were treated by VSD technique.Results 46 cases were followed up for 6 to 36 months.The survival area of skin reached to 60%～100%（85%±14.8%） after operation.Bone fracture healing time was 4~12（6.3±1.8） months.Conclusions VSD technique is simple and easy to master,which can not only completely remove the lacunar or wound exudates and necrotic tissue,but also promote the survival of the replanted skin.
