摘要
20世纪90年代以来,随着全球化进程的不断推进,世界各国之间出现了人、财、物大流动,同时也在全球范围内兴起了新一轮的信息化建设的浪潮。这对于我国出入境管理部门的外国人管理工作是一次挑战,更是一次机遇。基于对我国外国人管理信息化建设的现状分析,文章针对信息化建设中所存在的问题,探索性地提出一些见解和对策,以期对外国人管理信息化建设有所裨益。
Since the 1990s,with the continuous advance of globalization,there has been a high wave of information construction and the transnational flow of personal,financial and material resources.This is not only a challenge,but an opportunity for the exit-entry administration departments to conduct the entry and exit administration of foreigners.Based on the current situation of the information construction in China,this dissertation is to explore the problems in the information construction,and put forward some suggestions in order to benefit the entry and exit administration of foreigners.
