摘要
1^#、2^#1880m^3高炉炉缸部位的部分测温点温度升高,初步判断炉缸有较大的侵蚀。开展高炉炉缸内衬侵蚀诊断技术的研究与应用,判明当前侵蚀状态并跟踪分析炉缸侵蚀趋势,指导高炉操作,保证高炉安全生产和实现高炉长寿。
The temperatures at some temperature measuring points in the furnace hearth of 1^# and 2^# 1 880 m^3 blast furnaces increased, and this phenomenon was primaryly identified that there was serious erosion in the furnace hearth. Research and application of the erosion diagnosis technologies for hearth lining in blast furnace was carried out to to guide the BF operation, ensure ascertain the current erosion state, its safety production and realize its trace and analyze the erosion trend long life.
