摘要
主要介绍莱钢天元气体公司DH71—3型离心式空压机运行中出现的叶轮轴振动值异常超高现象，结合对轴振动的监测分析了故障原因，阐述了相应的处理措施和效果。
Exceeding vibration limit of shafts in DH71 - 3 air compressor of Tianyuan Gas Co. , Ltd. of Laigang was mainly introduced, and combining with the monitoring on the vibration of shafts, the fault reasons were analyzed, then the corresponding treatment measures and effects were described.
