莱钢厂内封锁点更换混凝土枕道岔施工，分别采用了整体滑移和轨道吊车吊装两种不同的施工工艺，对不同方案进行研究与实施，探讨各自优缺点、适用范围及注意事项。

During the switch construction changing the concrete sleepers at closing-off spots in the plant of Laigang, the two kinds of construction processes of integrity sliding and hoisting by railway crane were taken, aiming at the different schemes, the research and construction were carried out, and their own advantages and disadvantages, application scopes and points for attention were explored.
