莱钢2#15MW TRT顶压控制系统故障分析及处理

摘要 分析了莱钢2#15MW TRT机组顶压控制运行状态时高炉顶压波动幅度大的现象及原因,结合检修时检查和测量数据分析,制定静叶传动系统检修方案并予实施。检修后,静叶调控高炉顶压稳定在±1kPa的良好水平,确保了高炉和TRT机组的稳定生产。 Phenomena and reasons of big fluctuation range of BF top pressure under the top-pressure- control running state of 2^#15 MW TRT unit were analyzed, and combining with the analysis on the check and measurement datas, the maintenance scheme of static blade transimissrom system was made and implemented. After the maintenance, the top pressure of BF controlled by static bladel was kept within the good level of ± 1 kPa, ensuring the steady oroduction of BF and TRT unit.
