膀胱鳞状细胞癌中环氧合酶—2的表达情况

Expression of COX-2 in squamous cell carcinoma of bladder

目的:探讨COX-2在膀胱鳞状细胞癌发生、发展中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化SP法,检测37例膀胱鳞状细胞癌和5例正常膀胱组织中COX-2的表达。结果:膀胱鳞状细胞癌中COX-2的表达阳性细胞数及强度均高于在膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达,正常的膀胱组织中未见COX-2的表达。结论:COX-2的表达水平与膀胱鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展关系密切。

Objective：To investigate the significance of COX-2 expression in squamous cell carcinoma of bladder.Methods：the expression of COX-2 was investigated immunohistochemically with SP method Thirty-seven cases of squamous cell carcinoma of bladder,and 5 of normal bladder tissue were included Results：The positive rate of expression of COX-2 and percentage of positive cells in squamous cell carcinoma of bladder were significantly higher than those in uroepithelial carcinoma.No expression was found in normal epithelium.conclusions：high expression of COX-2 have close relation with genesis and development of squamous cell carcinoma of bladder.
