三阴交穴位注射新斯的明联合肌注酚妥拉明治疗产后尿潴留的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Neostigmine to be Injected into Sanyinjiao Acupoint and Phentolamine for Postnatal Urinary Retention

目的:观察三阴交穴位注射新斯的明联合酚妥拉明肌肉注射治疗产后尿潴留的临床效果。方法:对45例产后尿潴留的产妇三阴交穴位注射新斯的明联合酚妥拉明肌肉注射,并与40例单纯肌肉注射新斯的明作比较,观察用药至排尿的时间和膀胱排空情况。结果:三阴交穴位注射新斯的明联合酚妥拉明肌肉注射治疗产后尿潴留患者有效率为95.56%。结论:三阴交穴位注射新斯的明联合酚妥拉明肌肉注射,治疗效果好,方法简单,值得推广。

Objective：To observe the effect of neostigmine to be injected into Sanyinjiao acupoint combined with intramuscular injection phentolamine in the treatment of postnatal urinary retention.Methods：45 cases of patients were treated with neostigmine to be injected into Sanyinjiao acupoint combined with intramuscular injection phentolamineand after that time of urination and urine is left in bladder were observed.And it is compared with 40 cases of patients for only intramuscular injection phentolamine.Results：the effective power of the treatment of neostigmine to be injected into Sanyinjiao acupoint combined with intramuscular injection phentolamine in the treatment of postnatal urinary retention is 95.56%.Conclusion：the method of neostigmine to be injected into Sanyinjiao acupoint combined with intramuscular injection phentolamine in the treatment of postnatal urinary retention is simple and effective.So the method is worth spreading.
