健康教育在儿科门急诊的实施

摘要 目的:通过实施健康教育以达到家属配合治疗、促进患儿健康之目的。方法:对2010年3月至2011年1月我院儿科门急诊对1880位患儿家属,随机分为实验组920位和对照组960位,两组均在常规治疗的基础上,实验组进行健康教育活动;对照组不提供健康指导。两组分别进行满意度问卷调查分析。开展健康教育的儿科门急诊患儿及家长进行随机调查。结果:通过对健康教育前后比较,病人及家属对护士满意度由89%上升到96%(P<0.001)。结论:①治疗的同时因时施教是做好门急诊健康教育的有效途径;②应用语言的修饰和语气的美感是做好健康教育的成功之道;③应用专题讲座、音像、板报、保健护理手册是健康教育的深化;④整体素质的提高是做好健康教育的坚实基础;⑤护士在护理治疗过程中实施健康教育,使接受教育的患儿家属,能够基本了解和掌握常见疾病的相关知识,更好地配合治疗,促使护患关系融洽。 Objective:By the health education,we can make our patients' relatives be more cooperated to the treatments,letting the treatment be more efficient.Methods:between March 2010 and our families of children with pediatric emergency to 1880,randomly divided into 920 experimental group and control group 960 bit,both groups are on the basis of conventional treatment,experimental group of carrying out health education activities;control group do not provide health guidance.Satisfaction questionnaire analysis of each of the two groups.Results:Through the comparison of before and after health education,satisfaction of patients and their families on nurses rose from 89% to 96%(P0.001).Conclusion:①Treatment of while due to Shi taught is do door emergency health education of effective way;②Application language of modified and tone of beauty is do health education of success of road;③Application topics lecture,and audio,and blackboard newspaper,and health nursing manual is health education of deepening;④Overall quality improvement is a solid basis for good health education;⑤Nurses in nursing treatment process in the implementation health education,makes accept education of in children with family,to basic has solutions and master common disease of related knowledge,better to tie treatment,prompted nursing-patient relationship harmony.
