我院门诊处方不合理用药情况分析

目的:分析医院不合理用药处方情况,提高临床用药水平。方法:随机抽取2011年1月至6月门诊处方16076张,对其中不合理用药处方进行统计分析。结果:不合理用药处方1352张,占抽查处方的8.41%,占门诊1～6月总处方量85582张的1.58%,分别为:处方缺项,配伍禁忌,溶剂选择不当,用法不适等问题。结论:不合理处方易导致不合理用药,医务工作者对不合理处方应予足够重视,确保患者用药安全。

Objective：Hospital irrational medical prescription,enhance the level of clinical medicine.Methods：From January to June 2011 were randomly selected outpatient prescription 16076,irrational prescriptions for which statistical analysis.Results：of irrational drug prescription 1352,accounting for 8.41% sample prescription,accounting for outpatient prescriptions from January to June the total amount of 85,582 of 1.58%,respectively,are：lack of prescription items,incompatibility,improper solvent selection,improper use and other issues.Conclusion：easily lead to irrational drug prescription unreasonable,irrational prescription of medical workers should pay sufficient attention to ensure patient medication safety.
