摘要
为适应我国经济社会发展和医疗模式转变对护理的要求,满足各医疗机构对专科护理人才的多样化需求,我校在护理专业探索出校院合作的人才培养模式,经过六年的运行,取得了明显的效果,值得借鉴和推广。
In order to meet our country＇s economic and social development and changes on the medical model of care required to meet the various medical institutions to the diverse needs of specialist care personnel,in the nursing profession to explore for training model of cooperation between college,after six years of operation,we has achieved remarkable results,so it is worth learning and promotion.
