先张法施工U形梁预应力均匀性控制方法

On Prestress Uniformity Control of U-type Beam by Pretensioning Method

结合某轨道交通工程,介绍了先张法预应力U形梁工艺流程设计和长线台座设计。对U形梁在施工过程中可能出现的各预应筋受力不一致现象进行分析,并提出了有针对性和可操作性的预防控制方法。

Combined with a rail transit project,prestress U-type beam process design by pretensioning method and the long line pedestal design are introduced.Aiming at the load inconsistency of every prestressed bar of U-type beam during the construction,the phenomenon is analyzed and the prevent control methods with pertinence and maneuverability are proposed.
