大口径铸铁管爆管原因分析及抢修措施

Causes Analysis and First-aid Repair of the Bursting of Large Bore Cast-Iron Pipes

近年来,全国各地城市及厂矿供水管线频频发生爆管,尤其是大口径铸铁管爆管更为严重。这样不仅增加供水企业的运行成本,更加威胁到居民生活安定及供水管网安全运行,造成水资源的浪费,严重影响工农业生产正常运行。本文针对贵溪冶炼厂近年来的爆管情况,对大口径铸铁供水管爆裂的原因进行简要分析,同时当爆管发生后应组织的紧急抢救措施,期望起到抛砖引玉的作用,与大家共同探讨大口径铸铁管爆管的原因和抢修措施。

In recent years,the water pipes of the cities,mines and plants in China bursted frequently,especially the large bore cast-iron pipes,resulting in increasing the operation cost of water-supply enterprises and threatening the stable life of residents and the safe operation of water supply network,wasting water and affecting the normal operation of industry and agriculture seriously.This paper briefly analyzes the causes of the bursting of large bore cast-iron pipes and the first-aid repair after the bursting of pipes basing on the pipe-bursting phenomena of late years at Guixi Smelter,wishing for getting better and more ideas about the causes and first-aid repair of the bursting of large bore cast-iron pipes.
