关于江西省投融资平台风险研究

Study on the Risk Research of Investment and Financing Platforms in Jiangxi Province

近年来,受国家宏观环境变化的影响,地方投融资平台呈现出快速发展的态势,有力的促进了地方经济增长的同时,也出现了云南高速公司违约事件,因而如何妥善处理投融资平台债务是一个亟需破解的课题。本文在分析探讨江西投融资平台现状基础上,通过因子分析方法对江西省债务风险进行度量,从风险指标中筛选出三个公共因子,构建出投融资平台债务风险预警评估体系,认为江西省债务风险因子在向高风险区转换过程中,并提出相关建议防范平台风险,以期对投融资平台发展提供借鉴和参考。

In recent years,affected by the change of state macro environment,the platform of investment and financing of local government shows a rapid developing trend,which promotes the territorial economic development,accompanied by Yunnan Highway Company＇s default event.So how to deal with the platform＇s debts properly is a project which requires urgent settlement.Based on the analysis of Jiangxi＇s investment and financing platform＇s current situation,this article screens out three common factors through factor analysis method,and makes debt risk assessment system for the platform.It considers that debt risk factors in Jiangxi province are turning to high risk area,and it puts forward relative suggestions to prevent platforms＇ risks,in order to provide reference for the platforms of investment and financing development.
