摘要
拓展训练是一种以心理挑战为重点的体验式培训,通过专门的人工与自然场景活动与游戏方式进行极限挑战,能充分激发学生自身生理与心理潜能,实现自我超越。通过对高职院校学生职业能力构成的分析,对拓展训练内容分项目进行针对性实施,可以有效培养高职院校学生社会适应、团队协作、沟通交流、创新思维等良好的隐性职业能力素养,助推职业综合能力的提升。
WKB is a kind of experiential training focusing on mental challenge,which can fully stimulate the students' physical and mental potential and achieve self-transcendence with the help of specialized artificial and natural scenes activities and games.By analyzing the formation of the students' professional ability and implementing training contents through specific sub-project,students in vocational colleges can effectively train hidden professional ability,such as social adaptation,teamwork,communication,creative thinking,to further boost their vocational comprehensive capability.
