摘要
本文在阐述网络户外运动联盟对亚健康的预防和消除是否具有积极效应和促进作用的基础上,进而探讨如何健康发挥网络户外运动联盟的作用,吸引更多的人了解并积极参与户外运动,使户外运动事业持续、稳定、健康的向前发展,为实现我国居民健康快乐的低碳生活方式奠定基础。
This paper expounds the network outdoor sports league in to the health of the prevention and elimination of whether it has the positive effects and promote the role based on,and then discusses how to use of network outdoor sports health alliance role,attract more people understand and actively participate in the outdoor sports,make outdoor sports career sustainable,stable and healthy development,and to realize our country forward residents healthy and happy low carbon way of life lay the foundation.
