摘要
丽格海棠再生分化受到多种因子的影响,通过对丽格海棠离体再生影响因素的优化试验表明:以叶片为外植体,MS+6-BA 2.0 mg.L-1+NAA 0.2 mg.L-1最利于海棠的不定芽诱导;不定芽增殖分化的培养基为MS+1/2MS(Trace element)+6-BA 1.5 mg.L-1+NAA 0.1 mg.L-1+Sucrose 30 g.L-1;生根壮苗培养基为1/2MS+IAA 0.1 mg.L-1。
The regeneration and differentiation of Rieger begonia was affected by lots of factors,this paper study on the optimization test of those factors and the rescts show the followings as explant with leaves,the culture MS+6-BA 2.0 mg· L-1 +NAA 0.2 mg· L-1-1 is the best on induction buds;Besides,the medium best for regeneration is MS+1/2MS(Trace element)+6-BA 1.5 mg· L-1+NAA 0.1 mg· L-1+Sucrose 30 g· L-1;1/2MS +IAA 0.1 mg· L-1 is the fittest culture medium for seedling and rooting.
