摘要
随着经济全球化、信息化的不断深入,现代企业在谋求发展、利润最大化的同时,应该承担相应的社会责任。当前,企业在对员工承担社会责任的过程中存在着诸多问题。人是企业中重要的战略资源之一,为了使员工、企业和社会实现共赢,企业必须树立起以人为本的理念,关注、保障员工的合法权益,这些都是企业社会责任的基本要求,也是构建和谐社会的内在要求。
With the continuous economic globalization and computerization,modern enterprises should assume the corresponding social responsibilities while seeking for development and maximum profits.At present,there are many problems with enterprises in their social responsibilities for employees.People are one of the important strategic resources in enterprises.To realize the win-win effect of employee,enterprise,and society,enterprises should established the people-oriented conception,paying attention to and ensuring legal interests and rights of employees.All of theses are the basic requirements on enterprises in taking on social responsibilities and inherent requirements on enterprises in constituting the harmonious society.
