骨桥蛋白在卵巢癌研究及临床应用上的现状

Current Status of Osteopontin in Ovarian Cancer and Implications for its Use in Clinical Study

在过去几年癌症治疗已经取得积极进展,肿瘤标志物在诊断和预测肿瘤发展上已成热门研究。骨桥蛋白是一种胞外磷酸化糖蛋白,由激活的巨噬细胞,白细胞,淋巴细胞及活化的T细胞分泌。骨桥蛋白在肿瘤形成过程中刺激细胞黏附,迁移和信号传导和血管形成。已在多种癌症中发现骨桥蛋白的表达,是新近发现的卵巢癌生物学标志物之一。本文就骨桥蛋白的研究进展作一综述,希望对卵巢癌生物标志物的应用有所帮助。

Biomarkers of cancer has been interested in diagnosing and predicting future patterns of disease,especially as cancer treatment has made such progress in the last few years.Osteopontin is a phosphorylated extracellular glycoprotein secreted by activated macrophages,leukocytes,and activated T lymphocytes.Osteopontin stimulates cell adhesion,migration,and specific signaling functions in tumorigenesis.Over expression of osteopontin has been found in a variety of cancers,and it has been a newly discovered biomarker of ovarian cancer.This review looks at the recent advances in osteopontin and may contribute the biomarker implication in ovarian cancer.
