摘要
建立中小学校长培训"自主选学"机制是国家教育体制改革试点项目之一,它有利于解决校长培训缺乏针对性、有效性以及工学矛盾等问题。当前,必须明晰"供、选、教、管"等方面的操作流程,建立现场教学基地,搭建多样化的平台,并进一步加强对培训的监督与管理工作。
To establish a training mechanism of autonomous choice by primary and middle school principals is one of the pilot reform projects. It can help solve the problems of pertinency, effectiveness and the contradiction between work and study in the training of school principals. For now, we must clearly defines the operational process of supply,choice,teaching and management, set up on-the -spot educational centres, construct diversified platforms, and further strengthen the training supervision and management.
