外语类院校旅游管理专业人才培养模式探析

我国出入境旅游尤其是出境旅游的发展,需要大量国际旅游管理人才。外语类院校的旅游管理专业应根据地方旅游经济发展的需要,对人才培养目标进行合理定位,并通过明确培养方式、改革课程体系、开拓国际办学、培养双语双师型师资等方面构建合理的复合应用型人才培养模式。

The development of inbound and outbound tourism in China needs lots of international travel management talents. Foreign language colleges and universities＇ tourism management specialties should set talent cultivation objective based on the experience of other foreign language colleges and universities, and build the compound and applied talents cultivating pattern through specifying cultivation mode, reforming the curriculum system, developing international cooperative school, and training bilingual and double-quality teachers, etc.
