广东地方院校体育教育专业课程方案改革研究

Research on Physical Education Curriculum Reform of Local Colleges in Guangdong

通过问卷调查法对广东同类地方院校体育教育专业的专家、中小学教师和体育教育专业学生进行调查。结果显示:目前广东地方院校体育教育专业人才培养方案、课程体系等基本得到学生的认可,但与社会需求有一定的偏差,与用人单位的期望有一定的距离。提出:广东地方院校体育教育专业应加强课程体系等改革,突出教师综合素质,培养具备"一主二副全知晓"的适应社会需求的合格的体育教师。

Through questionnaire investigation, this paper makes study on physical education students, experts and primary and middle school teachers. The result showed that at present, the training program, curriculum access to physical education majors＇ student＇s recognition, but there is certain gap with the needs of society, and have a certain distance with the employer＇ s expectations. It is suggested that physical education majors＇ curriculum reforms should be strengthened in local application - oriented university, highlight the overall quality of teachers and train qualified physical education teachers.
