湖北省恩施城区公共体育设施的现状调查与战略研究

Survey and Strategy of Public Sports Facilities in Enshi City of Hubei Province

公共体育设施是建设全民健身体系的重要硬件,是人民群众参与公共体育服务和促进公共体育交流的平台,更是展示城市文化形象的重要窗口。笔者在2010年对湖北省恩施城区最具代表性的大小27处公共体育设施现状进行了实地考察,归纳了恩施城区公共体育设施的布局特点及使用现状。研究指出:加强对恩施城区公共体育设施专项规划是当前最为迫切的任务;为更好传承恩施民族传统体育文化,实施少数民族体育设施大众化规划也是一条可以选择的道路。

The construction of public sports facilities is the major national fitness system hardware. It is platform to participate in services and promote exchange for public sports. It is even important to show the image of urban culture as a window. The author conducted a field visit about the size of 27 most representative status of public sports facilities in 2010 of Enshi of Hubei Province, summarized the layout characteristic of public sports facilities and the use of the status quo of the Eushi city, pointed out that it is currently the most urgent task to strengthen the infrastructure planning of public sports facilities of Enshi city. It is possible to be a popular choice of the road for the better lineage about national traditional sports culture of Enshiand carry out the minority sports facilities popularization planning.
