The promotion and application of college and university scientific research achievements is an important way of scientific research achievements being tmnsfonned into practical productive forces, serving local social economy and promoting scientific research level. At present, the overall level of the transformation of scientific research achievements of provincial Colleges and universities in Jilin Province is low. The lack of effective cooperation among university, enterprise and government is the main factor of restricting the transformation of scientific research achievements.
