高职院校新生入职教育创新实践——以青岛职业技术学院为例

The Innovation and Practice on the Orientation Education for Freshmen in Vocational Colleges——Taking Qingdao Technical College as an Example

在国家示范院校建设过程中,青岛职业技术学院创新性地将新生"入学教育"发展为"新生入职教育",并在具体实践中以"鱼骨理论"为指导,以"项目团队"为保障,以"双元考核"为抓手,以"九步操作"为流程,以"四个一"成果为载体,形成了集"规划设计—组织实施—即时考评—总结积累"为一体的立体式教育管理体系,取得了较为可喜的效果。

In the construction of the national demonstration college, Qingdao Technical College innovated and developed ＂the entrance education for freshmen＂ into ＂the orientation education for freshmen＂.
