摘要 在国家示范院校建设过程中,青岛职业技术学院创新性地将新生"入学教育"发展为"新生入职教育",并在具体实践中以"鱼骨理论"为指导,以"项目团队"为保障,以"双元考核"为抓手,以"九步操作"为流程,以"四个一"成果为载体,形成了集"规划设计—组织实施—即时考评—总结积累"为一体的立体式教育管理体系,取得了较为可喜的效果。 In the construction of the national demonstration college, Qingdao Technical College innovated and developed "the entrance education for freshmen" into "the orientation education for freshmen". Guided by "the fishbone theory", guaranteed by "the project team", centered by "the dual assessment", implemented by "nine steps", and embodied by "four one", the three-dimensional education management system of "planning and design, organization and implementation, instant evaluation and summary accumulation" is established, and favorable effects have been achieved.
